About the RoleWe’re seeking a motivated part-time, remote Real Estate Sales Assistant fluent in English and Spanish to support our real estate outreach and lead qualification efforts. We’re working with a dynamic Florida‑based real estate business focused on connecting with motivated home‑buyers and sellers. We pride ourselves on high‑touch service, authentic relationships, and professional outreach. ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls in English and Spanish to prospects (home‑buyers/sellers) and engage them in a friendly, professional manner.Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs and goals, gathering key information (location, timeline, budget, etc.).Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to our sales team.Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in the CRM; log call outcomes, follow‑up tasks, and notes.QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation (real estate experience is required).Strong communication skills, resilience, friendly demeanor, and ability to engage cold leads.Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule within the 20‑hour/month framework.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (for CRM usage).
