Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Reality Consultant specializing in Ultra Premium Projects with multilingual capabilities. The Reality Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, facilitating property sales and leasing transactions, and providing consultation and insights tailored to clients’ preferences and investment needs. The role entails showcasing properties, managing negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with developers and internal teams to meet sales goals. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in providing property consultation, market analysis, and investment advisory servicesMultilingual proficiency, including fluency in English and at least one additional language, to effectively communicate with a diverse clienteleExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in property marketing, real estate trends, and knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu DhabiAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in ultra premium property sales or luxury real estate is highly desirable
