Then this is for you!As part of the reception team, you are primarily responsible for welcoming international business partners and supporting our Red Bull employees. Therefore, it is important that you present yourself professionally and stay up-to-date with the world of Red Bull. If you are innovative, motivated, and results-oriented, then you are the perfect fit!We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to support our reception team full-time for 38.5 hours a week.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:HOSPITALITY SERVICEYou are the first point of contact for customers and guests and ensure a professional and warm welcome. You keep track of internal processes, announce visits and appointments in good time, and inform the relevant departments. In addition, you make sure that Red Bull benefits are optimally used and communicated to create an outstanding experience.BACK OFFICE SERVICEYou'll maintain an overview of central processes and ensure a smooth flow of information. You'll handle phone calls in a professional manner and forward them appropriately. General correspondence – from mailings to customer and employee inquiries – is also in your hands. Moreover, you'll coordinate courier and express shipments as well as central services such as mail and lunch services for employees. Managing the vehicle fleet and organizing incoming and outgoing mail are also part of your varied responsibilities.AREA ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT SERVICEYou'll carry out workplace evaluations, coordinate workstation moves, and organize transports. In doing so, you'll ensure structured processes and support the smooth running of operations.WAREHOUSE SERVICEYou'll take care of purchasing and providing office supplies and F&B goods so that everything is available at the right time in the right place. With your attention to detail, you help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Previous experience in a comparable position is an advantageCompleted commercial education (e.g. HAK/HBLA A-Levels, apprenticeship) or completed training in the hotel and restaurant sectorStrong enjoyment of working with people and a pronounced customer-service mindsetVery good MS Office skillsExcellent communication skills combined with a confident and friendly demeanorHigh level of reliability, accuracy and organizational ability, as well as flexibility and resilienceDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.251 gross per month.
