The successful candidate will teach Kindergarten (4-year-olds) following an International Curriculum, ensuring a global approach to early childhood education that promotes inquiry-based learning, creativity, and holistic development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the International Curriculum for early years. Foster a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for young learners. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through interactive activities. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:University degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience teaching in an international school or with an international curriculum (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or similar). Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of early years pedagogy. Strong organisational skills and adaptability to feedback. Positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement. Genuine care for student welfare and holistic development. Confidence in using ICT to enhance learning experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
