About the roleSaccardo Constructions is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Glynde, SA 5070. This full-time role will be a pivotal part of our company's administrative and office support functions.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming all visitors and clients Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient mannerProviding administrative support - Data Entry, Petty Cash Management, Quality Assurance, Stat DecsMaintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all timesDaily Kitchen dutiesAssisting with various other administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service/administrative roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanourExcellent time management abilitiesProficiency in using office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft Office, MYOB and XeroAbility to multitask effectivelyA positive team-oriented approach to workWhat we offerAt Saccardo Constructions, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
