The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, handle front-desk operations efficiently, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out processAnswer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in Arabic and EnglishManage reservations, room assignments, and guest requestsCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfactionHandle payments and maintain accurate recordsProvide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractionsResolve guest concerns professionally and promptlyQualificationsFluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred)Professional appearance and friendly communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS, or similar is an advantage)Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysAdditional InformationDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
