The Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including answering phones and managing the front desk, greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling general clerical duties. This role involves a high level of customer service and requires excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients. This is a Tuesday to Saturday role, 10am to 7pm.Responsibilities include:Greeting and assisting clients with appointments and enquiriesManaging bookings and the front desk systemCoordinating with stylists and team members to maintain an efficient scheduleHandling phone calls, messages, and payments with professionalismWe’re looking for someone who:Has experience in front desk or reception roles (If possible with beauty and hair industry background)Is friendly, well-presented, and highly organisedCommunicates clearly and confidently in EnglishSpeaks Portuguese (a plus, but not required)Is available to start as soon as possibleIf you or someone you know is interested, please reach out directly or share this opportunity!
