We are expanding our team at our Souk Al Bahar development office and are looking for a professional, well-presented, and experienced Receptionist to support our daily operations.Role DescriptionThe Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff alike. In addition to managing front desk operations, this role is responsible for coordinating company drivers, maintaining office supplies, and supporting some ad-hoc, administrative operations as they occur.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution.Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings.Support company events, visitor hospitality, and general office coordination.Schedule and assign daily duties to company drivers based on operational needs.Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock levels.Prepare purchase requests and liaise with vendors or procurement for replenishments.Support administrative functions where required.Key RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance.A positive, can-do attitude.
