Acting as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and students with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive ongoing relationships. Providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the staff and management team thereby contributing towards the smooth running of the daily operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or relevant work experienceMinimum of 1 year ResponsibilitiesAnswers phone calls, greet visitors and provide information to parents and students.Facilitates Communication within the School.Shares information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students’ families through emails, flyers or phone calls, ensuring that necessary information is properly transmitted.Maintains records as required, keep records of phone calls and visits, also maintain records of school operations, such as registration and class. schedules, bus scheduling and routes, academic transcripts and parent contact information.Performs clerical work and provides administrative supportArranges meetings, events, and schedules appointments.REQUIRED SKILLS Customer service skills.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Multitasking skill.Time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in office software programmes digital filing systems.Decent appearance.
