Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings via Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendar.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Handle courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries.Support HR and Admin teams with basic documentation and reports.Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.Assist in coordinating company events and internal communication.Requirements:Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or front office role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
