For further information, please see Council’s Junior Rates of Pay Fact Sheet.In This Role As Records Officer, You WillProcess incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Capture and maintain both electronic and physical records.Manage physical archives, ensuring timely and secure document storage.Ensure compliance with record retention and destruction regulations.Support and train staff in using our information management systems.As The Successful Applicant, You Will Have The FollowingClass C Driver’s Licence.Qualifications relevant to the role, e.g. Certificate II or III in Business Administration or relevant experience.Demonstrated administrative experience relevant to the role, such as managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating office procedures to support efficient recordkeeping.Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills.Experience with specific software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite.
