We partner with forward-thinking brands across creative, digital, and technology industries to help them scale their teams, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build world-class organizations.We operate with the belief that great recruitment starts with great relationships — combining data, creativity, and empathy to match exceptional people with meaningful work.About the RoleThe Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and closing successful hires.You will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting clients with their hiring needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, people-oriented, and passionate about talent.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Market MappingBuild and manage active pipelines of candidates across various industries and roles.Conduct targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and other sourcing tools.Develop an understanding of market trends, talent pools, and competitor insights.Candidate ManagementConduct initial screening calls and competency-based interviews.Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage feedback loops.Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.Client EngagementPartner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and hiring needs.Provide consultative advice on talent strategy, compensation benchmarks, and process design.Deliver consistent communication, ensuring a high-touch experience for both client and candidate.Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.Support proposal writing and participate in client meetings or presentations when required.Process & Data ManagementManage candidate pipelines in the ATS (Greenhouse / Loxo) with up-to-date and accurate records.Ensure recruitment activities are data-driven and compliant with internal standards.Skills, Knowledge & Experience1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or search (agency or in-house).Strong sourcing skills with proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and social sourcing.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, ATS systems (Loxo, Greenhouse), and digital collaboration tools.Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.Core AttributesCollaborative: Works well in a team, sharing insights and supporting others.Curious: Eager to learn about industries, roles, and market dynamics.Resilient: Thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple priorities.Authentic: Communicates openly and honestly with candidates and clients.Results-Driven: Motivated by outcomes and delivering excellence.
