Role Description This is a contract and on-site role located in Manila for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, identifying and recruiting talent to meet organizational needs, partnering with hiring managers on employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will actively contribute to building a strong, people-focused workforce. Qualifications Proven experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practicesProficiency in Hiring and Interviewing techniquesStrong knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationshipsKnowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
