Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency/in-house recruitment and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle,from sourcing to first interview and client coordination.This role requires someone who is independent, organized, and comfortable working as a part of a small team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct headhunting and proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networkingCreate and publish job advertisements across relevant platformsScreen CVs and shortlist qualified candidatesConduct initial candidate interviews (video/phone)Present shortlisted candidates to clientsMaintain clear and professional communication with hiring managersCoordinate interview processes between candidates and clientsMaintain recruitment pipeline and candidate databaseBuild and nurture talent pools within IT, iGaming, and Forex sectorsProvide market insights and feedback to clients when requiredRequirementsProven experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.Experience recruiting for IT, iGaming, or Forex roles is highly preferred.Strong headhunting and sourcing skills.Ability to independently manage multiple open roles.Experience conducting structured interviews.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small team environment.
