At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.As a Recruitment Team Lead at FxPro, you will drive and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy while leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure efficient, structured hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines that support business growth.Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedbackFoster a collaborative and high-performance team cultureDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needsEnsure consistent and structured hiring processes across departmentsProactively build talent pipelines for key rolesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needsAdvise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategiesEnsure a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceOptimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectivenessTrack and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for leadershipEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesDrive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong experience in full-cycle recruitmentProven track record of meeting hiring targets in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analyticsExperience in scaling teams in high-growth environmentsKnowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategiesOur benefitsExcellent compensation packageMedical insuranceProvident fundIn-house gym with a personal trainerFree daily lunch catering, snacks, and beveragesCompany discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annuallyShuttle bus service from LimassolBirthday gift
