This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping candidates navigate the hiring process smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and screen incoming online job applications for various manufacturing roles. Schedule and coordinate screening calls between candidates and recruiters. Assist in managing interview logistics, including scheduling with internal hiring managers and executives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Follow up with hiring teams to gather feedback and move candidates through the interview process. Support recruiters with administrative tasks and reporting as needed. Bachelor's Degree. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
