RECRUITERAs a Recruiter at Lionbridge Games, you will support our Game Testing operations by identifying, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates for entry-level Game Tester roles within our Warsaw studio. You will contribute to ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent to support ongoing project needs for major gaming titles.What You Will Do• Manage high-volume candidate sourcing and prescreening for entry-level Game Testers in Warsaw.• Support the overall recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.• Search for candidates through multiple online platforms and creative sourcing methods.• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for continuous hiring needs.• Collaborate with recruitment team members and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities.• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline status.• Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Participate in recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and employer branding efforts.To Be Successful You Will Have • Some experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a people-focused role (internships or entry-level experience welcome).• Ability to handle high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.• Interest in the gaming, tech, or digital media industry (a plus).• Fluency in English; Polish language skills are an advantage.• Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—ATS systems and digital recruitment tools.In Return, You Can Expect• Opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects in the gaming industry.• Collaboration with diverse and international teams.• Access to tools, internal knowledge, and learning resources.• A work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Lionbridge Games help our customers deliver the seamless experience they envision to any audience around the world, without compromise.
