As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging with US-based candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, facilitating their application processes, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to US-based candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.- Facilitate the application process for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent.- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.Requirements:- Must have an active LinkedIn profile with 300 - 500+ connections.- Excellent communication and writing skills.- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.- Availability to work approximately 4 hours daily, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Pakistan Time).- Prior experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not required.Stay Connected:Interested in staying updated on future job opportunities in marketing, sales, and HR?
