For more information, visit www.side.inc.About The RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter to join our team for 3-4 months period with the possibility to transition to long-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to CV screening, interviews, selection, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication, manage expectations and timelines with candidates and hiring teams.Support recruitment process optimization for efficiency and scalability.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and assist with onboarding activities as needed.Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and familiarize with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience managing full-cycle and bulk recruitment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English is a must (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
