Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing of resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and participating in selection process.Source candidates through portals, headhunting, social media and the internal referral program.Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges, universities and private campus/school. Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events.Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to have a quick turnaround time.Develop and support recruiting activities that build relationships with internal groups to ensure that diverse recruiting resources are tapped into.Research trends in recruitment techniques and track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings.Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidatesDevelop, support and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting, and internship programs as requiredConduct required background/reference checks for prospective candidates.Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as and when required.Facilitate proactive business partnerships with key business leaders and hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high-quality talent to the business.Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, measures to improve employee retention etc.Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Support the implementation of overall recruitment strategy across Penang & Kedah.Client visit when necessaryParticipate in career fair when necessaryOther duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
