About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent and Culture Specialist (or Recruiter) to join a growing boutique real estate agency in JBR. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between great talent and exciting career opportunities — both online and offline. You’ll play a key part in attracting, hiring, and onboarding real estate professionals while helping us maintain a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction: Identify, engage, and attract top real estate agents through various channels — including job boards, social media, events, and referrals.Social Media Recruitment: Help in creating engaging recruitment campaigns and content to showcase the company’s culture and career opportunities across social media platforms.Candidate Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, assess potential, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to offer.Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated, informed, and set up for success.Culture & Engagement: Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture by supporting team-building and engagement initiatives.Collaboration: Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights to improve processes and results. QualificationsProven experience in recruitment (real estate or sales industry preferred)Strong knowledge of social media and digital recruitment strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive, and creative in attracting and engaging talentPassionate about people and workplace culture Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a supportive, growth-driven, and collaborative team that values creativity, connection, and continuous learning.
