TML are partnered with a prestigious, tier 1 real estate developer that is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead its recruitment efforts and drive exceptional hiring outcomes. Our client has been responsible for delivering some of the most iconic real estate developments across the UAE and importantly is known for stability and staff happiness.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with business goals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent.Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts.Build relationships with external recruitment partners, universities, and talent sources.Lead Emirati recruitment initiatives and foster partnerships with government and educational institutions.Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practices.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (essential).Master’s degree or HR certifications (preferred).Experience:10–15 years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, with managerial experience, with experience in Real Estate.Proven success in strategic recruitment and employer branding ideally for a Real Estate Developer.Skills & Competencies:Proficient in sourcing and selection tools and techniques.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.Ethical, proactive, and innovative approach to talent acquisition.WHY JOIN?You will get the chance to work for one of the UAE’s most respected real estate developers, known for excellence, innovation, and a commitment to people.
