We partner with local authorities and Housing Associations that are shaping stronger, fairer communities, connecting them with professionals who make a difference.As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and creative Recruitment Administrator to provide first-class administrative support and play a key role in building our brand presence both operationally and online.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Administrator will be at the heart of R&R Housing’s operations, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish while helping to develop and manage the agency’s online voice. Alongside day-to-day administration, the role includes managing R&R Housing’s LinkedIn account, promoting vacancies, sharing content, and helping to grow an engaged professional community.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a flair for communication who’s eager to develop within the recruitment and marketing world.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to consultants across the full recruitment cycle.Manage and maintain job adverts on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.Upload CVs, and maintain up to date candidate records on the CRM system.Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support candidate communication.Candidate attraction - Use professional networks and LinkedIn to attract, engage, and source candidates as part of the overall candidate attraction strategy.Prepare candidate documentation and ensure compliance with employment legislation and agency standards.Support onboarding processes, including referencing and right-to-work checks.Collaborate with external agencies such as; payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless payment processing for candidates.Take ownership of the R&R Housing LinkedIn account and create engaging posts, promote job opportunities, share sector insights, and build our professional following.Assist with basic marketing tasks such as drafting content, formatting visuals, and tracking engagement.Produce reports, trackers, and data summaries to support operational performance.Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team culture as the business continues to grow.Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar office-based role (agency or in-house).Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment or CRM databases.Experience managing or creating content for LinkedIn or other social media channels.Experience using Vendor Management System (VMS) portals such as Matrix, Comensura, or Adecco is desirable.Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and tone of voice.Understanding of recruitment compliance and GDPR regulations (desirable).Positive, proactive attitude with an interest in both recruitment and brand development.What R&R Housing OffersThe chance to join a fast-growing, values-driven start-up from the beginning.Exposure to both recruitment operations and digital marketing/branding.A supportive and collaborative working culture with clear opportunities for progression.Ongoing training and professional development.Competitive salary and performance-related incentives.
