Job Title: Recruitment AnalystLocation: Lagos MainlandWork Mode: Hybrid (3days onsite)Industry: HR Consulting FirmJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to improve our talent acquisition process through data-driven strategies and market analysis. This role is crucial for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent by identifying hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with hiring managers/Clients to understand and define job requirements and technical skills. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including leveraging job sites, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews and assessments. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, ensuring efficiency and a high-quality candidate experience. Prepare and present regular reports on hiring trends, recruitment performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with offer extensions, negotiations, and the creation of employment contracts. Coordinate candidate onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with all candidate and recruitment information. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with an analytical component in the Consulting firmProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus.
