The E&C Practice enjoys one of the largest client networks within the energy, power, utilities, metals & mining, agriculture, renewables, shipping and logistics sectors. The client profile ranges from commodities traders, integrated producers, infrastructure owners, ancillary service providers to investment management such as private equity firms with an E&C focus. Due to the continued demand for bespoke executive search, the E&C team is looking to hire aspiring recruitment consultants to meet the steady demand. Role As the specialist recruitment consultant in Energy & Commodities, he/ she will be the talent advisor, advising clients, on talent acquisition and management strategies within the accounting, finance and strategy functions. The recruitment consultant will also be the career advisor, evaluating candidates' aspirations and goals, then providing value-added advice on career opportunities. The consultant will then provide end-to-end support ranging from interviews, offer management and onboarding. Business development is also a critical component of the recruitment consultant. He/ She will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow the client portfolio. Requirements You will ideally have at least 3 years of postgraduate experience from a reputable university. While it is not essential to have prior recruitment experience, those with a strong understanding and passion for Commodities Trading or Financial Markets will have a distinct advantage. You will be described as highly driven and entrepreneurial, with a concurrent passion for building strong people-relationships. You will also be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas and action plans. You are also one who thrives in a collaborative and high integrity environment.
