About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Real Estate and Construction hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and role briefing to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive level roles within the Real Estate and Construction sectors.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and networking channels.Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Maintain accurate records and reporting through the ATS.Provide market insights and benchmarking data to clients.Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.Requirements:8–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Real Estate and Construction industries.Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the GCC talent markets.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a solid track record in recruitment and deep sector knowledge in real estate or construction, we’d love to hear from you.
