Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultants required for a fast-growing hybrid recruitment/ management consulting company based in Dubai. We are looking for Experienced and motivated recruitment consultants who are keen to help drive business, open new accounts and drive delivery of existing accounts with speed and precision.This is an excellent opportunity to join a warm desk and help drive the business forward, the successful candidates will be dealing with major global organisations such as HP, Dell Technologies, Huawei and Veritas, while supporting our consulting team in delivering specific programmes of work across the EMEA region.This is a 360 role focussing on the UAE market primarily - open to a dual desk - Options to expand to the rest of the GCC with Ateca entities already established. We require the following skills and experience:Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferably in IT or Telecoms, although other sectors will be considered.Experience working with in the GCC or UAE market Excellent presentation skills.A tenacious attitude.Must be target driven and willing to go the extra mile.Good time management and the ability to multitask.Willing to learn new skills and recruitment techniques.Previous sales experience is essential.We are looking for money hungry, ambitious and driven individuals who are keen to work in a fast paced and rewarding environment!
