The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires strong market knowledge, sales leadership, and the ability to execute plans that support business growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE marketIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic channels to expand market reachBuild and manage a high-performing pipeline of leads, prospects, and key accountsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify opportunities and threatsLead client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closureMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales supportPrepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior managementMeet KPIs including revenue targets, conversion rates, account activation, and market penetrationRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the UAE region and in a tech/digital/e-commerce/SaaS or B2B environmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsSolid understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behaviorAbility to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholdersFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageAbility to work independently with a high degree of ownership, resilience, and driveSkillsExperience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environmentsExisting network of potential clients or partners within the UAEAbility to think strategically while executing tactically
