In this role, you'll identify training needs, design tailored learning modules and delivery methods and implement on-the-job upskilling strategies aligned with each department’s unique client journey.You’ll take full ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other future learning platforms — managing content uploads, scheduling, assessments, dashboards, and reporting.This role also involves designing and delivering comprehensive real estate knowledge transfer programs for both internal stakeholders (PSI teams) and external audiences, including paid courses and training partnerships with authorities, firms, and individuals.We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about learning and growth but also skilled at identifying future capabilities and designing engaging, results-driven learning interventions to support overall organizational development.🔎 Qualifications & Experience – What We’re Looking For:✅ Education:Bachelor’s degree ✅ Experience:5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, or a Training-focused role.✅ Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong understanding of end-to-end L&D processes.Proven ability to design diverse learning methods and effectively map them to impact assessments.IndustryReal Estate
