Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and procedures.Candidate Requirements UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Administrator in a construction company or similar industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the construction sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with a diverse range of employees.
