Greetings From NES Fircroft !!We have a role open for the below openingRole: HR Administrator (Construction Phase)Location: Dubai JLTAssignment Duration: 3-6 Months -May be extendableRequire Arabic Speaker & Immediate JoinerResponsibilities:Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.Perform orientations and update records of new staff.Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)QualificationsExperience with HR softwareComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Thorough knowledge of labor lawsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsFeel Free to share your resume on Sukanya.Kalekar@nesfircroft.comWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
