You'll dig deep to understand their real needs and design targeted products—like manager development or a performance management enhancement product—that people actually want to use.Own the show from Start to Finish: You’ll design, launch and project manage different products programs’’, taking them from a bright idea on a whiteboard to a fully-realized experience that delivers results.Be a Coach and a Guide: Provide insightful one-on-one coaching to leaders, helping them unlock their potential and lead their teams more effectively.Measure What Matters: Constantly assess program effectiveness with a data-first mindset, ensuring we’re not just busy, but making a measurable impact.What did we order?5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a related role where you've been designing and delivering programs that made a measurable difference.Agility: You thrive in a dynamic setting where the playbook is still being written.
