Deliver onboarding dashboards (completion, time-to-productivity, data accuracy).Ensure all new hire documentation, background checks, contracts, equipment requests, and system access are completed on time.Lead offboarding (exit interviews, final settlement coordination, system access removal, asset return checklist).HR Data, Reporting & AnalyticsManage HR data end-to-end: data integrity, reporting, dashboards, insights.Build monthly HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, attrition, cost per hire, payroll movement, absence, engagement metrics).Spot trends through data and make recommendations to leadership.Create forecasting models for people cost planning, capacity tracking, and recruitment planning.Own HRIS (data, automation, workflows, process improvements).Drive digital transformation — reduce manual admin, automate repeatable tasks.Ensure employee data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, ATS, and finance platforms.Payroll & Compensation AdministrationOwn payroll preparation, accuracy, and reconciliation.Maintain salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime, commission, and leave encashment.Work with Finance to ensure payroll is processed correctly and on time. Perform monthly post-payroll audits and ensure zero errors.Ensure that pension arrangements for all employees in the UAE and KSA comply with local labor laws.Government Relations & PRO (Visa / MOHRE / KSA Management)Manage end-to-end visa, work permit, and government compliance processes with the PRO.Partner with authorities and MOHRE to ensure full compliance with UAE labour law.Manage GPSSA directly with the PRO to ensure employees are registered in a timely manner. Track visa status, expiry, and renewals, maintaining dashboards for reporting.Ensure compliance across contracts, documentation, and employee files.Manage all KSA-related coordination with partners, including but not limited to Iqama processing, ERE requests, and other employee-related inquiries.Performance & DevelopmentOwn performance cycles, calibration, 1-1 templates, and reminders.Support competency frameworks, succession planning, and L&D programme roll-outs.Employee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for employee relations matters. Coach managers on handling difficult conversations, feedback, and conflict resolution.Investigate concerns objectively and document outcomes. Ensure fair, consistent application of policies and UAE labour law. Partner with leaders to build a culture of trust, accountability, transparency, and open communication.What You’ll Bring5+ years in People Operations / HR Management with demonstrable data/analytics experience.Strong HRIS and reporting capability (Excel or Sheets super-user; dashboards a plus).Experience in UAE payroll and working with PRO/government platforms.Excellent stakeholder management; strong decision-making skills.
