You will work closely with our Marketing Team in India to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen Kayana’s global brand presence and drive business growth across our target markets.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a proven ability to lead campaigns, manage teams, and deliver measurable impact across digital and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the marketing strategy, aligned with Kayana’s global brand direction.Collaborate with the Marketing team in India to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.Identify market opportunities and develop campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.Campaign & Content ManagementLead end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital, social media, events, and PR.Oversee creation of high-quality content—videos, blogs, newsletters, and case studies—to enhance brand storytelling.Manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate leads and measure ROI.Team & Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Operations) to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.Guide, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team in India to align execution and performance outcomes.Work with external vendors, agencies, and media partners as needed.Data & PerformanceAnalyze marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize engagement and conversion.Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI for every initiative.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital services industry.Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other marketing tools.Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-border teams and initiatives.Why Join Us?At Kayana, you’ll be part of a fast-growing global company where your contributions will make a direct impact.We offer:A clear path for career growth.The opportunity to set up and shape the compliance framework for a growing international business.A supportive and collaborative environment where your success is celebrated.
