Orange Quarter is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Berlin. You'll partner with Germany's best known startups and scaleups to help them hire the very best in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering talent.You need to be confident, passionate about networking and building relationships and with a genuine curiosity to understand the startup world that we operate in.What to expect:You will become an expert in sourcing and headhunting passive and active candidates within the AI and Software Engineering spaceSupporting candidates through various hiring processes from CV advice through to interview or technical assignment preparationYou will build deep relationships with your clients and candidates to understand their career goals and hiring needs respectivelyYou’ll proactively build a client network of your own, reaching out to businesses daily, identifying areas Orange Quarter can offer value and eventually hiring with themYou will manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing demanding priorities and working with senior stakeholders from some of Germany's best startupsWe attend tech events, read resources online and keep up to date with industry news to ensure we are able to communicate with and understand our spaceWho you are:You have worked in either a sales-oriented position or have experience working at a recruitment agencyCommunication skills are key for this role, you are a fluid and engaging speaker and attentive listenerYou are intrinsically motivated to succeed and push yourself, we have demanding clients and always strive to delivery an incredible serviceYou love speaking to people and want to develop your sales and business development skillsYou love meeting face to face and really networking, for lunches, coffees or at industry eventsYou're highly coachable and open to feedback, with a healthy ability to self reflect when things don't go to planWhat we offer:An inspiring workplace at the Delta Campus in the heart of Berlin's startup sceneWe have a culture and track record of helping people grow in their careers and a clear promotion structure to facilitate thisA relationship/network based recruiting culture where KPIs take a back seatA transparent and achievable commission scheme to supercharge your earningsA great base salary to OTE ratioA monthly bike budget to help you zip around Berlin to your regular F2F meetingsAn office with a Gym, Sauna and Swimming Pool accessWorld class sales incentives, we've taken the team to Monaco, Vegas, Zurich and have yearly ski trips!
