The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and conducting interviews. They will also be responsible for effective communication with candidates and internal teams, as well as recruiting top talent to join our organization.QualificationsProficiency in Job Description DevelopmentExperience in Hiring and Recruiting processesStrong Communication and Interviewing skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the trading or financial industry is a plusSalary Range: 15k to 30kImmediate joiners preferred
