We are currently seeking a highly organised and communication-focused Recruitment Marketing Specialist to enhance our candidate attraction efforts and strengthen recruitment visibility across multiple employment platforms. This role plays a vital function in ensuring that job opportunities are accurately represented, consistent with employer branding, and effectively promoted to suitable talent throughout Australia.The position requires a strong command of professional writing, strategic messaging, and data-based optimisation. You will work closely with recruitment and HR teams to understand hiring requirements, create impactful job advertisements, manage posting schedules, and continuously improve the performance of recruitment campaigns.Key Responsibilities • Create, revise, and publish job advertisements aligned with role requirements and hiring objectives • Monitor platform engagement analytics and adjust messaging strategies to improve candidate conversion rates • Collaborate with HR and hiring stakeholders to develop targeted communication for specific talent groups • Maintain accuracy and compliance of recruitment content across all job boards and channels • Support employer branding content, including career-focused messaging and visibility initiatives • Track and report recruitment marketing performance, ensuring continuous improvement in outreach outcomes • Coordinate scheduling and posting workflow to maximise exposure for priority rolesSkills & Qualifications • Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and professional messaging • Solid organisational ability and the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and platform data insights for reporting and optimisation • Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring communication standards is preferred • Able to work independently and proactively while maintaining accountability for marketing results • Positive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and implement marketing improvementsWork Arrangement & Eligibility • Hybrid work model with full professional training provided • Based in Perth, Western Australia • Only open to individuals currently residing in Australia with valid working rights
