(Company Shuttle Provided from Ho Chi Minh City)Job DescriptionDevelop recruitment plans based on the manpower needs of different departments. Be responsible for building and maintaining recruitment channels, and selecting qualified candidates to meet departmental requirements.Manage employee files related to onboarding, transfers, and resignations. Handle onboarding orientation and other employee training programs in the factory.Stay updated and provide legal advice on new labor laws, corporate regulations, and investment policies; review contract terms and conditions before execution with company partners.Coordinate the resolution of labor-related legal matters, disputes, and employee relations issues (if any).Conduct internal training programs aligned with company policies and culture.Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience working with foreign employees are preferred.Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations for foreign workers in Vietnam, and related legal procedures.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities.Experience in supporting and performing general HR functions.Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in handling tasks.Good command of English or Chinese.BenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits package.Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday per month.Company shuttle available from HCMC (District 5 – The Garden Mall, District 7 – Saigon South, District 8 – Bus Station, Binh Chanh – Mizuki Park).Laptop provided for work purposes.Full insurance coverage: Social, Health, Unemployment, and 24-hour insurance.
