ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally within the hospitality, vacation ownership, or real estate industries.This role is responsible for building and scaling nationwide sales teams that deliver exceptional customer experience in luxury vacation and resort products.You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hundreds of dynamic sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage mass recruitment campaigns for Sales, Telesales, and Business Development positions related to vacation and resort membership products.Partner closely with business leaders to define manpower plans, job profiles, and hiring priorities.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-performing sales talent nationwide.Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure cultural and performance fit.Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hires are ready for immediate sales deployment.Build and maintain talent pipelines through job sites, social media, referral programs, and partnerships.Monitor recruitment metrics, provide weekly reports, and recommend improvement initiatives.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities for sales attraction.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience & Background:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specializing in mass recruitment for Sales teams.Prefer candidates with experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Financial Services, or Hospitality.Proven track record in filling large-volume, short-deadline sales hiring across multiple locations.Skills & Competencies:Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze hiring KPIs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment marketing tools.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.English proficiency for business communication.BENEFITS & REWARDS:Competitive base salary + monthly performance incentive.Dynamic, collaborative, and high-energy environment.Opportunity to grow into Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruitment Manager role.Full social insurance and annual leave as per Vietnamese Labor Law.Access to exclusive hospitality and resort privileges.LOCATION:2Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1.
