Recruitment Partner (Project Based - 6 months), People

Job DescriptionHandle end to end recruitment, assist forecasting and organisational structure requirements of Operations functions.Facilitate sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidatesManage the recruitment pipeline including determining resource status & needs, coordinating recruitment events & sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral processFulfil hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate, minimal attrition within the first 6 months, and low offer fallout/rejectionEnsure a positive hiring experience for each candidate by being a good brand ambassadorEnsure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitmentAssist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any relevant study4 years of prior recruiting experience is preferred, candidate with experience below that may still applyPrior experience in E-Commerce is an advantageGreat team player and works well with othersExcellent communication skillsDetail oriented and has excellent problem-solving, project management, and organisational skillsCapability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentAbility to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriateAbility to multitask and work well under pressureExperience in both volume hiring and executive recruitment is an advantageOpen to work in Podium, Mandaluyong at 100% onsite
