What you bring:To excel as a Recruitment Specialist - Retail, you will possess the following background: At least three years' proven experience in recruitment roles with a particular focus on either mass or volume hiring within fast-paced environments.Demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment campaigns including walk-in interview days or similar high-volume events.Exceptional relationship-building skills enabling effective partnerships with universities, colleges, polytechnics, training providers and other external stakeholders.Outstanding communication abilities coupled with strong coordination skills that facilitate smooth interactions among candidates and internal teams alike.Experience within the retail sector or related industries such as FMCG or hospitality is highly desirable for understanding industry-specific challenges, but not mandatory.
