Recruitment Specialist:Driven by further expansion at Arcadis, the CTS business unit requires a Recruitment Specialist to join our Belgium team. The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience.This position will particularly suit an individual who can work on their own initiative within a regulated industry, and who is energized by working within a busy team environment. Due to the company’s global expansion strategy this new position will offer the successful candidate a strong career path.Key Responsibilities:Supporting Hiring Managers across various disciplinesService existing client accountsSupport specialist recruitment campaignsSource suitably qualified candidatesCandidate database managementManaging the recruitment process through to interview & offer stageNegotiating candidate contracts & finalizing onboarding arrangementsKey experience:Recruitment background with experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of technical positions.Knowledge and/or experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemical, construction or food & beverage manufacturing sectors is an advantage.Knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview) and acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software)Ability to work within a team environment and have a desire to achieve agreed targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plusYou want to work in a growing company and participate to this growthYou have an open, assertive and diplomatic personalityYou are flexible, pro-active and have the ability to work in a changing environment
