At Foundever, we are looking for recruiters who are people-focused, results-oriented, and passionate about the impact that the right talent has on the business. ResponsibilitiesMeet monthly hiring goals in high-volume environments.Conduct telephone or virtual pre-screening and competency-based interviews. Validate candidate eligibility (documentation, client requirements, tests).Keep candidate systems and statuses up to date.Provide a clear, humane, and professional candidate experience.Participate in job fairs, referral events (Bring a Friend), and on-site activations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related field (completed or in progress).Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in mass BPO recruitment.Competency-based interviews and pre-screening.Solid B2 English.
