We embrace Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s values and commitments to both our employees and customers.Who Are We Searching For?We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with a high level of proficiency in English and desirable French or German. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Digital profiles.Building relationships with Hiring Managers and supporting them throughout the hiring process.Ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining internal client satisfaction.Tracking and reporting on hiring process outcomes.Overseeing the hiring process to ensure all steps are completed.Conducting headhunting activities.Participating in events and branding activities.Collaborating with the Early Career Program and Junior Talent searches.Building and maintaining talent pools.Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements, and actively exploring new ways of attracting candidates.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, your skills and qualifications ideally include:At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge of the IT market and roles.High proficiency in spoken and written English. Spoken and written French or German is desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.Data-driven mindset.Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for new technologies and innovation.Familiarity with ATS (Application Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Job Boards management.Additional InformationThe primary work location is in Bulgaria, but she/he will work for different CDS countries, based on Company hiring needs due to our global approach.Location(s): SofiaLanguages skills: English mandatory.
