Job Description:We are looking for a freelance recruiter/researcher to support our team with sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of high-level sales and leadership roles. This is a remote contract position to start, with the potential to convert into a permanent role for the right person. Key Responsibilities:Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn to identify suitable candidates for active rolesReview CVs and LinkedIn profiles to assess candidate fit against job descriptionsQualify candidates based on experience, skill set, and relevance to roleMaintain structured and accurate tracking of research in our systemEngage with potential candidates via messaging and/or introductory callsCollaborate closely with consultants to refine search strategy and candidate pipelines Requirements:Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent researchFluency in English (spoken and written) is essentialExpertise using LinkedIn as a research toolAbility to assess and match CVs/profiles to complex job requirementsStrong attention to detail and high organizational standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently and managing your own timeFamiliarity with sales roles and organizational structures in the tech sector is a plus Contract Type:Freelance/Contract (initially)Possibility of permanent position based on performanceRemote/work-from-home to start
