Together, let’s embrace possibilities and change lives!The Compensation Analyst is an entry-level compensation role responsible for transactional compensation actions and analytics, including requests from TA, HR, and the business. In this role, the incumbent will participate in salary surveys, job evaluations, and analytical assignments involving the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.Duties And ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the administration and delivery of compensation programsParticipate in the annual global compensation salary survey process Conduct job evaluations and market pricingRespond to compensation inquiries, ensuring on time delivery to HR and the business, adhering to high service levels and SLA requirementsSupport the development of salary increase proposals and promotions through data-driven analysisAssist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programsEnsure compensation practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all countriesConduct market research and benchmarking to support compensation programs and practicesProvide support in the administration of salary planning, merit planning, and incentive programsApprove job/compensation-related actions in WorkdayPrepare compensation reporting and analyses Assist and support compensation-related projects, processes, and audits as neededMinimum Education And Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, internal applicants may be considered with 3-5 years of relevant HR, Finance, or analytical experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas) required.1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, or analytical data-focused role preferred (internships, co-op, or full-time).Preferred QualificationsExperience with HRIS Systems, ideally Workday, including running queries, accessing and manipulating dataExposure to/experience in job analysis and job evaluationSkills And CompetenciesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDesire to learn and take on new responsibilitiesAbility to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentialityWhat You Will Find At Labcorp Work-life balance: At Labcorp, you can manage your work-life balance with their employee-friendly leave policy and enjoy dedicated time with your friends and family.
