The Recruitment Specialist will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, managing candidate pipelines, and facilitating training for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.QualificationsProficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processesStrong Communication skills for facilitating outreach, candidate engagement, and team collaborationExperience in Training new hires and supporting onboarding initiativesKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practicesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusSalary Range: 15k to 30kImmediate joiners preferred
