Role: Maintenance & Automation Recruitment Specialist (South Africa-based)Company: Reliance Talent Solutions (Ireland)Location: Remote – South AfricaHours: Flexible, aligned with Irish working hoursAbout Reliance Talent SolutionsReliance Talent Solutions is a specialist recruitment partner to Ireland’s food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing sectors, known for delivering exceptional talent through a blend of psychometric assessment, technical understanding, and speed to hire.We’re now expanding our remote team and seeking a dedicated recruiter to specialise in Maintenance, Electrical, and Automation roles across Ireland’s manufacturing industries — including food and beverage, pharma, medical devices, food technology, and functional ingredients.Role PurposeTo build, nurture, and manage a high-quality pipeline of electrical, mechanical, automation, and maintenance engineering professionals for Ireland’s advanced manufacturing sector. The goal is to support Reliance’s continued growth by delivering consistent, high-calibre placements and exceptional service to both candidates and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the Irish manufacturing landscape, with particular focus on food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as Maintenance Engineer, Automation Technician, Electrical Engineer, Reliability Engineer, and Engineering Manager.Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.Manage candidate pipelines and activity accurately using JobAdder CRM.Partner with Anel on marketing “star candidates” to clients and prospective employers.Collaborate on content marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to position Reliance as Ireland’s leading maintenance and engineering recruiter.Uphold Reliance’s standards of professionalism, speed, and quality throughout every stage of the recruitment process.Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or inhouse), ideally within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing discipline.Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.Genuinely interested in engineering, technology, and manufacturing.Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple open roles simultaneously.Eager to learn the nuances of the Irish labour market and its food, pharma, and medical device industries.Must have top notch LinkedIn Recruiter SkillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary Commission on placements with uncapped earning potential.OTE 30,000-65,000 rand per monthOngoing training and structured career development within a growing recruitment brand.Warm supportive team environmentWe look forward to hearing from you
