The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of freelance recruiters, and ensuring hiring goals are met efficiently. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, providing guidance for call center recruiting, implementing best practices, and ensuring clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
