Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, develop and maintain employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, and oversee hiring processes to secure top talent. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and a proven track record of proactively sourcing and acquiring talentProficiency in Interviewing and Hiring to identify and onboard top candidatesStrong background in Employer Branding to build and maintain an attractive employer presenceFamiliarity with Recruitment best practices and tools to streamline processesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and collaborate effectively with teamsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a healthcare or similar industry is a plus
